These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Superself (the "Service"), operated by INFLIKE Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Superself is an AI-powered thinking partner that helps you structure, deepen, and act on your ideas. The Service provides the following features:

Chat: AI-powered conversations for exploring ideas, analyzing information, and generating insights
Context: Organized collections of knowledge items that provide structured information for AI interactions
Knowledge Search: Semantic vector search across your knowledge base for intelligent retrieval
Publications: AI-assisted documents and articles derived from your context and conversations

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content & Ownership

Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or provide through the Service ("User Content").

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, publications, and other content ("AI Content"). Please be aware that:

AI Content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
AI Content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI Content before using it for any purpose
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI Content

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
Use the Service for automated scraping, data mining, or similar activities without our consent
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

7. Subscription Plans & Payment

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Free Trial: New subscribers may be offered a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by INFLIKE Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFLIKE Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
